Take a break from your daily routine and embark on our Hermès and Hermès II restaurant boats. Indulge in quality gastronomy and explore the majestic landscapes of Lyon thanks to the commentary broadcast on board.

Chicken liver pie with mushrooms, accompanied by a bouquet of lamb's lettuce dotted with a lingonberry juice reduction
 Poached egg in Ravatys red wine sauce, croutons and bacon
 Fish terrine with candied lemon peel, crayfish salad, watercress cream
 Goat cheese cannelloni, arugula salad with chopped chestnuts, ravigote sauce (Vegetarian)
Salmon blanquette, leeks fondue, saffron potatoes
Lightly seared scallops, roasted root vegetables, creamy vanilla sauce with a dash of bourbon (Additional Fee 8€)
Slow cooked lamb shoulder marinated in beer, roasted beetroot with honey and thyme
Turkey breast stuffed with dried fruit, creamy truffle polenta and seasonal vegetables, cream sauce

The place of boarding depends on the date of booking and is specified in the confirmation.

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. Doors open at 12.10pm. Departure at 12:30p.m.

Departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 30 participants.
