A gourmet cruise along the water

Take a break from your daily routine and embark on our Hermès and Hermès II restaurant boats. Indulge in quality gastronomy and explore the majestic landscapes of Lyon thanks to the commentary broadcast on board. 

Spring Menu - available until July 2024

Thin slices of cooked veal, “Vitello tonnato” style with capers, creamy tuna sauce 
or
Cold “Vénitienne” pea soup, chorizo and croutons, spring onions and pumpkin seeds
or
Salmon gravlax cannelloni, filled with crunchy vegetables, arugula sprouts, Asian flavors vinaigrette
or
Pressed goat cheese terrine and marinated grilled vegetables, romesco coulis, 
crunchy vegetable salad and arugula (Vegetarian)

 
Pan-seared sturgeon steak, vegetable tian seasoned with pesto, sweet pepper coulis

Grilled octopus, mashed potatoes with herbs, virgin tomato sauce (Additional €8)

Slaw braised beef cheek in goose fat, pan-fried crozet pastas with zucchini, 
wine tomatoes confit , thyme juice

Roasted veal tournedos, spring carrots mousseline and green asparagus tips, 
veal jus lightly flavored with liquorice

Crozet pasta risotto, parmesan cream, vegetable tian, pesto, green asparagus tip,

Demi Saint Marcellin by “La Mère Richard”, chutney of the moment (Additional fee 8€)

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. Doors open at 12.10pm. Departure at 12:30p.m.


Departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 30 participants.
