Our chef and his team have concocted a menu especially for the occasion !

Starter

French duck foie gras terrine, fruit and nut brioche toast,
red onion confit with Beaujolais wine

Main course

Soufflé pike quenelle, lobster sauce,

creamed spinach, button mushrooms

Saint-Marcellin PGI cheese with truffle, by Maison Richard (Halles de Lyon),
lamb’s lettuce salad with hazelnut oil (Additionnal fee 6€ p/p)
